Individual sessions make use of whatever method will help you most to understand and learn healthy breathing behaviour. Options include:
- Buteyko Method only
- O2 and CO2 Biofeedback
- Tension release biofeedback using EMG (ECG sensors only)
- HRV biofeedback with PPG or ECG
- Combined Biofeedback
- Learning supportive exercises, e.g. for diaphragm strengthening
- Behaviour habit modification
This option works for people who would like to take their time or control their progress, paying as they go.
Each session is one-on-one and fully client-tailored, whether adult or child. The use of O2, Co2 or EMG biofeedback is recommended. Short correspondence with doctors is included as are short progress reports as required.
